Introduction

This is the best soup ever! This is the best soup ever!
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    6 corn tortillas, cut into small triangles
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 4 oz can chopped green chilis
    1 can beef broth
    1 can chicken broth
    1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
    1.5 cups water
    2 chicken breasts, cooked & chopped
    1 tsp worchestershire sauce
    1 tbl A-1 steak sauce
    1 tsp cumin
    1 tsp chile powder (or more)
    salt & pepper to taste


Tips

Don't leave the A-1 or the worchestershire sauce out. You can serve with a dollop of sour cream or cheese on top.


Directions

Saute the onion in cooking spray & add garlic once onion is tender. Add remaining ingredients except the tortillas. simmer 1 hour then add the tortillas & remove from heat.
