Introduction

Ingredients

3 medium Carrots, raw Shredded
2 clove Garlic minced
1 large Onions, raw chopped
3 tbsp Parsley (or dried parsley flakes)
1 large whole (3" dia) Red Ripe Tomatoes, finely chopped
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
0.50 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1 cup Lentils

Directions
1. Cook lentils until soft.
2. While the lentils are cooking, saut� the vegetables (except the tomatoes and herbs). Add the tomatoes and herbs and stir in gently.
3. Remove from the stove and place in a mixing bowl.
4. Add the lentils and flour and mix together. Add a little water if mixture seems too stiff.
5. Make into your burger patties.
6. Transfer the patties to the fridge and leave to cool for about an hour. They cook better and hold together better this way.
7. Bake in preheated oven for about 20-30 minutes depending on the size of your patties.
8. Invite Will over for dinner. :-) (optional) lol
