Ingredients

    Rice, white, long-grain, regular, raw, enriched, 1 cup
    Beans, pinto, 1 cup
    Sofrito Sauce, 1 tbsp
    Tomato Sauce, .25 cup
    Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Garlic, 2 clove
    Adobo -sin pimienta(1serving=1/4tsp
    Goya Sazon con culantro y achiote (orange box), 1 serving
    Goya Hamon (1 envelope
    4 Spanish olives
    pinch of oregano

Directions

in rice pot (caldero) add olive oil, saute' sofrito, garlic
then add beans, tomatoe sauce, sazon, hamon, oregano, olives, adobo. simmer few mins then add cup of rice.
add water one inch above rice, stir.
let cook on high till liquid is absorbed. stir again and cover and lower flame to low. cook 20 mins or until done.

Serving Size: make 4 servings of 1/2 cup
