    Turkey Burger, Jennie-O, 16 oz.
    Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz), 0.25 cup
    RoTel 10oz canned, 2.5 serving
    Taco Seasoning Mix-Spice Club, 2 tsp.
    Pureed Tomatoes, 2.5 cup
    Pepper, red or cayenne, couple good shakes
    2 tsp Italian Seasoning,
    salt and pepper to taste
