Ingredients

    Sauce:
    half cup mayonnaise
    2 T.soy sauce
    2 t. sriracha

    Pancakes:
    5 large eggs
    1 t. soy sauce
    1 t. sesame oil
    1 t. Sea salt
    1/3 cup all-purpose flour
    2 cups finely sliced cabbage
    1 cup sliced scallions
    1 cup chopped cooked shrimp
    2 T. canola oil
    1 oz. toasted sesame seeds

Tips

Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving. Keep pancakes covered in warm oven till ready to serve.


Directions

Whisk the first 3 ingredients together for the sauce. For the pancakes, whisk the eggs, soy sauce, sesame oil and salt together. Gradually add flour until incorporated. Fold in shrimp, scallions, and cabbage. Heat the canola oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Ladle a cup of batter into the hot oil & cook 3 min. on each side or til browned.
