Ingredients


    1 lb Phillip's Lump crab meat
    1 large egg
    2 t Worcestershire Sauce
    1/4 tsp Dry Mustard
    2 T mayonnaise
    1 t Lemon juice
    1 T mustard
    1 T melted butter
    1 t dried parsley flakes
    1/2 cup bread crumbs
    1 tsp seafood seasoning

Directions

combine all ingredients except crab meat; mix well. Fold in crab meat. Shape into cakes. Pan fry until golden brown or bake at 375 for 12-15 minues or until internal termperature reaches 165 F
