1 cup quick oats
1 egg
1 oz. chopped almonds
2 bananas
3 cups cooked steel cut oats
1.5 tsp baking powder
.5 tsp baking soda
Tips
I use square muffin tin and wrap each one individually for a grab and go breakfast or snack. Store in fridge.
Directions
Preheat oven 400
Precooked steel cut oats can be done night before in slow cooker.
1. Combine all ingredients in bowl and mix gently.
2. Fill muffin tins about 3/4 to the top.
3. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes
