Ingredients

    4 chicken breasts cooked and shredded (3 Cups)
    1/2 cup plain low fat greek yogurt
    3 tablespoons green onions sliced
    1 large avocado mashed (1 Cup)
    2 tablespoons lime juice
    salt and pepper to taste

    chopped cilantro optional

Directions

Mash avocado and mix with chicken and yogurt. Stir in onions and lime juice. Add cilantro if desired and season to taste with salt and pepper.

Serving Size: 2/3-3/4 Cup per serving
