Introduction

I use this on temphe (pan fry, or oven roasted), on fish, tofu, anything! I use this on temphe (pan fry, or oven roasted), on fish, tofu, anything!

Ingredients

    6 tbl soy sauce
    2 tsp sesame oil
    3 tbl chili garlic sauce
    3-6 gloves garlic
    2 tsp grated ginger

Tips

Can use remainder as dipping sauce if tofue/temphe, make double for meat.


Directions

Combine all ingredients, cover item to marinate for 2 hours to 2 days.
