    One Dr. Praeger Potato Pancake
    2 fried egg whites
    1 tbsp Plain Non Fat Greek Yogurt
    1 tsp Franks Red Hot Sauce


Cook pancake in toaster oven, while frying the egg whites in a skillet over medium heat. Place Pancake on plate, then top with eggs, yogurt, and hot sauce. Yummy!
