Introduction

This is very easy and full of goodness. If you used low fat yogurt it would be even lower in calories, but I can't access anything but full-fat dairy where I am! Ingredients

    .5 c plain yogurt
    .25 c oats
    1 T chia seeds
    1 t vanilla
    1 t cinnamon
    .25 T real maple syrup

Tips

This recipe is calculated with full-fat yogurt. Lighten it up by using reduced fat, and eliminating the maple syrup. Top with fruit!


Directions

Whisk yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla and cinnamon together. Add chia seeds and oats and stir well. Refrigerate overnight. That's it!
