    2 strips bacon
    1/4 cup red bell pepper
    5 green beans
    1/4 cup onion
    2 tablespoons non-fat milk
    2 teaspoons salsa

Directions

Fry bacon, drain on paper towel, remove excess grease from pan, saute onions, bell pepper, green beans. Whip 2 eggs with two tablespoons of low fat milk. Add eggs to sauted veggies, cook for 1 minute.

    Any veggies are fair game in a fritatta. Added broccoli, cauliflower, peppers, onions, sarlic and onion powder, basil/italian seasoning. - 5/18/20
