Ingredients

    Silani Goat Style Feta (30g=1 serving), 60 gram(s) (remove)
    *Beet, 100 gram(s) (remove)
    *365 Raw Shelled Pumpkin Seeds (Pepitas), 10 gram(s) (remove)
    *Basil - Fresh, 2 tsp (remove)
    Red Onion, Fresh, 0.25 cup (remove)
    *365 100% Greek Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1.25 tbsp (remove)
    Blueberry Vinegar, 1.25 tbsp (remove)

Tips

Variations add on top a bed of shredded lettuce and dress lettuce with freshly squeezed lemon juice.
Top off with smoked salt for additional pop.


Directions

Roast beets in 350° oven for 30-40 minutes.
Let beets cool and dice into small cubes.
Chiffonade about 4 basil leaves. Crumble the feta. Mix all ingredients together. store in fridge. Blueberry vinegar is blueberry and dark balsamic vinegar.
