    *Onion, White Raw, chopped, 0.5 cup
    *Bean sprouts, 0.5 cup
    *Japanese Pepper (Shishito) - 0.2 cup
    *English Pea Medley, 0.5 cup
    *Dried Cherries, 0.33 cup
    *Trader Joe's Organic Dry Roasted Cashews, 0.33 cup
    *Kraft Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese, 0.25 cup
    *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 6 tbsp
    *Balsamic Vinegar, 12 tbsp
    *Pinata Apple, 5 oz
