Introduction

Saute onions, garlic , parsley, in the olive oil about 5 min. Add cabbage & cook till softened.Transfer to soup pot.add everything except beans,simmer covered for about 30 min till chicken is cooked. Ingredients

    2T Olive oil
    2C Onion chopped
    3 cloves Garlic
    1T Parsley
    2C Cabbage chopped
    1C Green beans
    1 stalk Celery (3/4 C?)
    1C Zucchini cubed
    1/2C Tomatoes diced
    2 Chicken Breasts
    8C Broth Chicken
    1 can Great Northern Beans
    optional: sea vegetable
    salt & pepper

Tips

2 boxes of broth or use homemade. Turkey can be used instead or make vegetarian.
