Introduction

For those with gluten intolerance, this is a great healthy substitute. My recipe was for a double batch which I store and use each day so I don't have to cook each morning. Number of Servings: 15

Ingredients

    6 c. water
    2 c. steel cut oats Gluten free
    0.25 c. craisins
    0.25 c. muesli gluten free
    0.5 tsp organic coconut sugar
    2 med apples

Directions

For double batch, bring 6 cup water to a boil in a large pot
Add craisins to soften
Add oats, muesli, sugar and diced apples
Turn down heat and stir occasionally.
Heat 10-20 min. depending on your choice of texture.
Once cooked, take off heat and put lid on pot.

Serving Size: Makes 15 half cup servings
