Introduction

When I'm missing my favorite Chinese food dishes, I make this yummy one and stay on point. When I'm missing my favorite Chinese food dishes, I make this yummy one and stay on point.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    One package of Albertson's stir fry veggie mix from the produce section.
    3/4 lb of thinly sliced London broil
    2 C broccoli
    2 packages of Yaki Soba 159gram noodles
    Soy-Ginger Marinade
    Olive Oil

Directions

Before starting the cooking, rinse noodles in warm water to loosen them so they're ready to use later and thinly slice London broil and marinate in 3-4 tbsp. of soy-ginger marinade. Heat a stainless steal skillet, with 1 tbsp of oil, and add meat. Cook until almost done. Take out of skillet. In same skillet, add another 1-2 tbsp. of olive oil and stir fry veggies until wilted and cooked. Add noodles and a half cup of water with soup base. Stir fry 2 minutes, add meat and cook for another couple minutes. Serve immediately.
