Ingredients

    1 cup fresh cabbage grated
    1/4 cup grated carrots
    3 sprigs finely minced dill
    1 tblsp. red wine vinegar (or another kind)
    1 tsp. olive oil (can omit if you choose)
    dash of salt (to taste)

Directions

mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Chill about 30 minutes. enjoy.

    Very Good
    I didn't have red wine vinegar so used balsamic instead. I also used dried dill because I didn't have fresh. It was very good with the substitutions I made. I'm sure it would have been better with the fresh dill that the recipe calls for. It was very easy to make and I plan on making it again. - 9/21/09
