Ingredients

    3 large wild pacific cod fillets
    1 tsp paprika
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1 tsp dried oregano
    1 tsp onion powder
    1 tsp cumin
    1 tsp basil
    ½ tsp salt
    1/2 tsp black pepper
    ½ tsp brown sugar
    1/8 tsp cayenne pepper (half that if preferred)
    2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Directions

mix all spices together and then coat fillets
heat oil in skillet and cook fillets about 5-6 minutes per side
