Introduction

A quick and easy snack. Adding the guacamole gives a huge flavor boost and cuts out some of the cholesterol. I used prepared guacamole but you can make your own. A quick and easy snack. Ingredients

    Guacamole - Wholly Guacamole 2 Tbsp
    Egg, large, 2

Tips

You could add a bit of hot sauce if desired and a sprinkle of paprika on top.


Directions

Hard boil eggs. Peel and cut in half lengthwise. Remove yolks. Discard one yolk or save it for later use. Add remaining yolk and guacamole to a bowl and mash. Replace mixture in egg whites.

Serving Size: Makes 2 servings.
