Introduction

Easy to make Oat pancakes. Easy to make Oat pancakes.
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    Quick oats.
    Brown sugar.
    GF pancake mix
    An egg or two.
    Milk
    Whey protein powder.
    Bacon grease.
    Spices as you like.

Directions

Mix all ingredients but grease together, adding water if too thick then cook in frying pad in the grease. Cook up just like pancakes.

Serving Size: makes about 8-12 small pancakes
