Introduction

I just threw this together, as a part of my high protein diet, my first time using raw egg in something I wasn't cooking. I just threw this together, as a part of my high protein diet, my first time using raw egg in something I wasn't cooking.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 Raw Egg
1/2 red grapefruit, sections and juice
    2 stawberries de-stemmed and halved
Blueberries, just grab a few, I used 15
Red raspberries same as above, but I used about 10
Fresh Spinach, I just grabbed a handful
1/2 cup 2% Daisy Cottage Cheese (there are no additives in this brand)
    2 Scoops of Itworks Greens
1 Tsp Stevia in the Raw

Tips

All the fruits are optional, as are the Greens, but if you've ever had the Greens, you know it is a probiotic, alkalizing drink powder that has 8+ servings of fruits and vegetables. So if you have a hard time getting all your fruit and veggie servings in, 2 scoops the size of the tip of a woman's pinky finger is all it takes. This also has a nice serving of potassium and magnesium. Try your own smoothie using the fruits of your choice, just make sure to calculate your nutritional components when your done.

You can substitute 1/2 cup of plain Fage 0% yogurt if you'd like which would change the nutritional value for the smoothie as follows:
