Ingredients

    crust:
    2 eggs
    8 oz cream cheese
    1/4 cup parmesan cheese

    Toppings:
    1/4 cup marinara sauce
    1 lb mozzarella cheese, shredded
    60 slices pepperoni
    1 lb lean ground beef

Directions

blend crust ingredients and pour into 9x13 pan. bake at 350 degrees until golden brown (about 10-15 minutes) Remove from oven and cool 10 minutes
while crust is cooling, scramble ground beef on stove until cooked. add sauce.
when crust has cooled, layer ground beef, cheese and pepperoni. bake at 350 degrees until cheese is melted. (about 15 minutes). Cool 5 minutes before cutting.

Serving Size: makes 9x13 pan (cut into 15 squares)
