Ingredients

    Beef, brisket, trimmed, 1 oz (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    1 Med. Green Bell Pepper, 1 serving (remove)
    Garlic, 1 clove (remove)
    Tomato Sauce, .50 cup (remove)
    Cider Vinegar, .5 tbsp (remove)
    *Badia complete seasoning, 0.25 tsp (remove)
    Salt, 1 dash (remove)

Tips

If you like cilantro, cumin and oregano, these can be added to the above sauce.


Directions

pour water, 1/4 onion, 1/4 bell pepper and 1 clove of garlic and 1 dash of salt in a pressure cooker and place the meat cut in pieces. Cook for 30 to 45 minutes until the meat is soft. Let it cool down and shred it.
On a sauté pan, olive oil, the tomato sauce, the rest of the onion, green pepper and garlic, diced and the complete seasoning. When it starts to smell good, pour your shredded beef and vinegar, and let it simmer for a little while.
