Low Carb might even be no carb...and GFree
Number of Servings: 10
Ingredients
-
Ground Beef (Season with gluten free taco seasoning)
Pace Picante Sauce
Eggs
Ricotta Cheese
Milk
Almond Flour (I like it without this - but it does add protein to dish)
Baking Powder
Salt
Organic Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Tips
We thought it would taste better without the almond flour
We added pace on the side so i decided to add it during the baking next time ...as well as your favorite beans...I like La Costena beans or you can make your own from scratch.
Directions
Ground beef and seasoning as directed
Place Beef in bottom of casserole dish and spread evenly
Pour pace Picante sauce on top or mix with the meat (you can also add pinto or chili beans as another layer but it is not calculated in this recipe)
Mix the rest (except the cheese) of the ingredients and pour on top
Bake at 350 F for 20 to 25 min
Add Cheese on top and bake till melted (or broil to melt cheese quickly)
Let sit for 10 minutes then serve
*add cayenne or jalapenos for more heat
Serving Size: 10 servings...cut down middle of pan then across 4 times.
Number of Servings: 10
