You won't even know these are made with whole wheat flour! Mine came out a little thicker, but still soft and chewy, and you won't even miss the sweeter semi-chocolate chips you taste in regular cookies! Ingredients

    1 3/4 c. whole wheat flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. Fleischmann olive oil spread
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1.2 c. sugar
    2 large eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 1/2 c oatmeal
    1 1/2 c (14 oz.) dark chocolate chips
    2/4 c chopped walnuts

Tips

You won't even know that these were made with whole wheat flour! They are delicious! 38 coolies is 102.4 calories. If you make them a bit smaller and can get 48 cookies, they are only 81.1 calories each!


Directions

Preheat oven to 350F.
In a med bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugars. Beat in eggs, one at a time, followed by vanilla.
Stir in flour mixture, followed by oatmeal, chocolate chips, and walnuts
Drop by level cookie scoop on cookie sheet.
Bake for 11-14 min until cookies are lightly browned around the edges.
Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 1 min, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
