Introduction

This is the smoothie I make when I'm in a rush in the morning; just toss it in the blender and enjoy! (Blend well!) This is the smoothie I make when I'm in a rush in the morning; just toss it in the blender and enjoy! (Blend well!)

Ingredients

    STEPS:

    1. Add the banana - Do this first so the chunks are at the bottom. It makes it easier to blend.

    2. Cut the tops off of your strawberries (I use fresh strawberries but if you're using frozen ones that will work too.)

    3. Add your Greek Yogurt - I use Greek yogurt for a bunch of reasons: it's thicker and adds the best texture to the smoothie. Also, it has a lot of health benefits: added protein and calcium, less sugar (than regular vanilla yogurt) and it's just really good. (I use the Yoplait 100 calorie Greek Yogurt: Vanilla!)

    4. Add your Vanilla Almond Milk! Almond milk is lower calorie and has less saturated fat and cholesterol.

    5. Just blend! Blend well! Then enjoy!

Note: 3 ice cubes are optional. Make sure all of your ingredients are well chilled!

Tips

Seriously: blend well. Nobody likes chunks of banana hanging around!
