Introduction

For those who can't or don't want to eat pasta, but love Italian spaghetti sauce. For those who can't or don't want to eat pasta, but love Italian spaghetti sauce.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 lb. Ground Chuck (85%)
    1/2 c coarsely chopped onions
    3/4 c sliced celery
    1 15 oz can diced tomatoes
    1 8 oz can tomato sauce
    1 8 oz can mushroom stems and pieces
    1 14 oz can artichoke hearts
    1 1/2 c broken cauliflower
    2 + 2 T olive oil
    generous sprinkling of the following:
    Italian Seasoning
    Sam's Rosemary & Garlic Seasoning
    minced garlic, fresh or dried
    salt

Directions

Brown ground beef in 2 T olive oil. Add onion and celery and cook until soft. Add remaining ingredients. Add seasonings (heavy sprinkling of Italian Seasoning, Rosemary & Garlic Seasoning, minced garlic, & salt). Simmer uncovered until cauliflower is done.

Serving Size: makes 4 servings, about 1.75 c each
