Introduction

My own creation. My own creation.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

10 oz Can Canned Atlantic Salmon
    1/3 cup Mayo
    1/3 cup Dry Bread Crumbs
    1/4 Cup Onion finely chopped
    1/2 stalk Celery, finely chopped
    1/8 tsp Dill
    1/4 tsp Pepper
    1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
    Salt to taste
    1 tsp & 1 tbls oil

Directions

Mix salmon, mayo, bread crumbs & seasonings together in a bowl.
Preheat 1 tsp oil in skillet to med-high heat.
Cook onion & celery in oil for 3-5 minutes, until softened.
MIx onion & celery into salmon mixture.

Add 1 tbsp oil to skillet & preheat to medium high.
Form salmon mixture into patties and add to preheated oil.
Cook until browned on each side, about 4-7 minutes each.

Makes about 4 patties.

I serve with a mixture of Miracle Whip and dijon mustard (about 1 part dijon to 3 parts MW) on the side. It really adds to the flavor.
