275 mls Sunflower Oil
2 eggs
I tsp lemon juice
1 tsp Dijon Mustard
Good pinch of white pepper
1/2 tsp salt
Directions
Pour the oil into a thin jug or jar, add the eggs, lemon juice, mustard, white pepper and salt, blitz using a stick blender until thick and creamy.
