Ingredients

    1 medium Apple diced
    1/4 cup rolled oats
    1 tsp margarine
    1 tsp brown sugar substitute
    1 tsp cinamon
    6 oz of vanilla yogurt

Tips

If you need it for more than one just double or triple everything. I've made it this way for 4 and it works.


Directions

mix the diced apple, rolled oats, margarine, brown sugar substitute and cinamon in a microwave dish. put in microwave for about 3 minutes or until apples are soft.
remove and add the 6 oz of yogurt. Enjoy
