Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 150 grams
    Red Onion Raw
    Garlic, 7 clove
    Raw Tomato (Medium, whole)
    Curry Paste - Green Thai Curry - Thai Kitchen, 20 gram(s)
    Red Chillies to taste
    Coconut Milk, 0.1 cup
    Jasmin Rice, 0.5 cup
    Pepper, black, 1 dash
    Olive Oil, 1 1tsp

Tips

When covered and cooked slower for reduces need for oil


Directions

Cut veggies and chicken into pieces
Saute all vegetables and chicken together on medium heat for 10 minutes, covered, stirring occasionally.
Make curry sauce separately in a cup, 1/2 cup hot water, coconut milk, curry paste, pepper
Add sauce to pan and simmer 5 mins. Serve with rice.
