Strawberry Protein AM Smoothie Strawberry Protein AM Smoothie
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 cups water
    1 cup each - strawberries, bananas, cucumber
    2 stalks celery
    1 cup cottage cheese
    2 scoops protein powder

Tips

Protein powder loses it's nutritional content after 30 minutes so it's best to add just before drinking your shake!


Directions

Pour Water into blender
Add frozen strawberries, frozen banana's, fresh cucumber celery.
Add Cottage Cheese
Blend well.
Pour 1/2 of mixture into another container, then add 1 scoop of Protein Powder to remaining mixture in blender and blend thoroughly.
pour into 8 oz cups
When your ready to drink your next shake, pour back into blender and add another scoop of protein powder, mix and enjoy!
