Ingredients


    1/2 CupFrozen Berries
    A few (approx 3) Frozen Pineapple Chunks
    1 small Banana - (I use frozen bananas in smoothies)
    1/2 Cup Greek Yogurt 2% Plain
    2 TBS Natural Raw Whole Flaxseed
    1 TBS Organic Rice Protein Plain, 1 tbsp (remove)
    2TBS PB2
    1 cup of Water, plus small handful of ice cubes

Tips

I have found that adding the powdered ingredients and flax seeds lasts assures that it all mixes better.


Directions

Blend all ingredients and pour into glass!
