Introduction

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    -One package Whole Foods Homestyle Tortillas
    -One package Whole Foods California Blend Frozen Veggies
    -One block Lightlife Original Tempeh
    -Two tbsp olive oil
    -One tsp 30% less sodium Old Bay
    -Apple Cider Vinegar to taste
    -Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

1. Heat olive oil in skillet. Add frozen veggies and stir occasionally.
2. When veggies have thawed, crumble tempeh into skillet. Continue stirring occasionally.
3. Season with Old Bay, salt, pepper, and apple cider vinegar to taste.
4. When contents of skillet reaches desired level of browning, remove from heat. Fill wrap and chow down.
5. Filling can be stored in the fridge for up to a week, or fill all six wraps at once and freeze.
