Ingredients

    3 cups rolled oats
    1 cup pumpkin seeds
    1 cup sunflower seeds
    1 cup banana chips
    1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
    1tsp sea salt
    2 tsp vanilla extract
    .5 cup Maple Agave Syrup
    4 Tbs butter, melted

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. place baking sheet to the side. In a medium size bowl, mix oats, salt, pumpkin and sunflower seeds, separately mix vanilla, syrup and melted butter. Pour liquid mixture over oat mixture and stir to coat evenly. Put on baking sheet in even layer, bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes, stirring occasionally. let cool once out of the oven, then add banana and chocolate chips. If you prefer melted chocolate rather than chips, stir chips in while mix is hot from the oven.
