Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 can of dark red, light red and great northern beans.
    1 can of hunts (or any) tomato sauce.
    1 green pepper chopped
    1 small onion chopped
    1 tbsp chili powder
    .5 tbsp of crushed red peppers
    1 bag of morning star veggie crumbles (frozen section)
    1 tsp of canola oil (or oil of your choice)
    1 tsp of salt

Tips

Add extra anything you want - shredded cheese, even meat. You can add more or less spice as wanted.


Directions

Sautee chopped onion and green peppers for 5 minutes in oil or until "transparent".

Add all ingredients to slow cooker. Cook on high for 3 hours, low for 4 hours.
