Introduction

Definitely and different combination, but tasty, easy to throw together, and not heavy on a hot summer day! Definitely and different combination, but tasty, easy to throw together, and not heavy on a hot summer day!

Ingredients

    24 oz Cottage Cheese
    11 oz Tuna in water(I use the ones in the easy open package, not canned)
    12 Lettuce Leaves, torn into bite sized pieces
    1 Heirloom Tomato(or any other tomato), chopped into bite sized chunks
    Sea Salt and Pepper to taste

Tips

Use salt VERY sparingly. Lots of ground pepper really brings out the flavors!


Directions

Mix together, tuna and cottage cheese. Divide lettuce leaves between 6 plates. Spoon tuna mixture over lettuce, then top with tomatoes. Season with sea salt and fresh ground pepper to taste.
