I am way too busy and basically lazy...this is very fast, easy, tasty and filling. Plus you get 3.5 servings of fruit! You can sub whatever protein powder you use... Ingredients

    Del Monte No Sugar Added Fruit Cocktail, chilled
    1 scoop EAS Vanilla Protein Powder
    Ice cubes, if desired

Directions

Open chilled can of fruit cocktail and dump into blender. Add protein powder and a few ice cubes and blend. I use a magic bullet blender, which makes the shake nice and frothy.

This is also a good way to get fiber, if you use powdered fiber, throw it in here...you'll never know.

Makes one shake.
