+Zataran's Jambalya Mix (low sodium), 1 cup
+Tyson - grilled & ready oven roasted diced chicken breast, 3 oz
+Cooked Small Shrimp - 3 oz (84g), 3 oz
+Great Value All Natural Petite Diced Tomatoes In Tomato Juice 1/2 cup = 1 Serving, 1 serving
*Extra Light Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
Tips
This recipe seems to grow as it is made and there are always left overs even with my family of 6. Enough for another family dinner. Freeze left overs for another night!
Directions
As directed on box: MIX 3 3/4 water, rice mix and Turkey sausage, frozen diced chicken and thawed shrimp, 1 tbsp extra light olive oil in large saucepan. bring to boil. Reduce heat cover. Add tomatoes and SIMMER 25 minutes or until rice is tender. REMOVE from heat, standing 5 minutes and fluff before serving.
