Ingredients

    1 Mango, fresh fruit, chopped
    1 cup of roma tomatoes, chopped
    1/4 cup of red onions, raw and finally chopped
    4 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
    1 lime, juice yielded and set aside
    1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    salt and pepper to taste

Tips

It keeps well in the fridge for about 48 hours.


Directions

Mixed all ingredients and let the mixture sit for at least ˝ hour prior to topping chicken or meat with it.

Serving Size: Yields approximately 6 servings, about 1/4 cup per serving
