Ingredients

    Ingredients:

    Milk, 1%, 120 mLor 7 tablespoons
    Butter, salted, .25 cupor 4 tablespoons
    Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 3 tbsp
    Granulated Sugar, 1.5 cup
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp

Directions

Melt everything listed except vanilla in a pot on the stove top. Being to a rolling boil, let boil for 1 min. Then remove from heat. Place into a sink with 2 inches of cold water and let sit for 1 min.
Then beat until it's lost its glossy-ness. Add vanilla and beat again for an additional minute.
Add to pie pan and chill for 1 hour.
Fudge doesn't harden up, so grab a spoon and scoop and enjoy :-)
