Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 lbs skinless boneless chicken breast
    1 lbs baby carrots
    1 can sweet peas (drained)
    2 cups fresh (or canned, drained) sweet corn
    4 chicken bouillon cubes
    2 tbsp garlic powder
    2 tbsp onion powder
    1 tbsp parsley
    1 tbsp cilantro
    1 lb egg noodles
    salt and pepper to taste

Tips

Can use any pasta of choice
Replace water and bouillon with low sodium stock
Replace garlic/onion with raw
Can swap/add/remove any veggies


Directions

Place all ingredients in crock pot except peas and pasta.
Cook on low for 8 hours.
Before serving, add pasta and peas and cook on high until pasta is tender.
Remove chicken and shred/chop. Return to soup and serve.
Can freeze leftovers and reheat in sauce pan.
