Ingredients

1 lb 3oz package of 93% lean ground turkey
1.5 cups marianara sauce
1 15oz can vegetarian baked beans
3 cups black beans
I can (14oz) diced tomatos
1 large can (12oz) tomato paste
2 cups water
season to taste with a packet of taco seasoning or chili powder, salt, and pepper
Directions
Dump all ingredients in a crockpot, mix, and cook on high for about 4 hours or low for about 8 hours. If you want to you can prebrown the ground turkey. If you choose not to the turkey will be very soft texture wise but it is much quicker that way. You also will need to break the turkey up at some point as it will stay in the shape you put it in (ie a block or tube).
It makes about 12 one cup servings. You can top with cheese if you like but it is not included in the calorie count for this recipe.
