Ingredients

1 tbsp Wild Oats Chipotle hot sauce
1/3 cup Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tbsp Sweet Baby Ray’s Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce
1 dash Pepper, black
1 dash Salt
1 lb pork chop boneless thick cut (3-4 chops)
Tips
Serve with grilled side dishes like my recipe for grilled zucchini or grilled red potatoes.
Directions
mix together apple cider vinegar, honey mustard sauce, chipotle hot sauce, salt and pepper until almost smooth.
Salt and pepper the pork chops.
Pour about 1/3 of the sauce on one side of the chop, turn over, salt and pepper the chops, and pour another 1/3 of the sauce on the chops. Allow chops to marinate in this for 15 minutes.
Grill chops on a medium heat grill for about 10-15 minutes per side, depending on thickness of chops.
Use remaining sauce as dipping sauce when you eat the chops.
Serving Size: Nutrition calculated on 4 oz chops, but sometimes three chops equal a pound.
