Introduction

    Milk, 2%, 3/4cup
    Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened), 1/2 cup, unthawed
    Strawberries, frozen, unsweetened, 3/4 c unthawed
    Banana, fresh, 1 small
    Jif Reduced Fat, 2 tbsp
    Hershey's Milk Chocolate chips, 1/4 c

Directions

Put all in a blender and enjoy!
