Ingredients

    16 oz Ground Turkey - 97% fat free extra lean white turkey
    1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    .5 cup Bell Pepper, Green - 1 Cup, Chopped (by 16HEATHER)
    2.0 cup Black bean, Bush's (by SMLANNING36)
    1 cup Pinto Bean, Great Value
    1 cup Hunt's Tomato Sauce, no salt added
    1 tsp Chili powder
    0.5 tsp Cain's ground cumin (by MAMAHOYT)
    .25 tsp Pepper, black
    8 oz Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat
    0.5 cup 2% Low Fat Mexican Style Cheddar Jack (by JCDFRITTS)
    6 serving Mission Artisan style Corn and Whole Wheat Blend Tortillas (1 tortilla)

Directions

brown ground turkey, onions and green pepper-Drain
Add beans, tomatoes, water and seasonings, simmer 10 minutes
combine Cheeses
Coat inside of slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray, layer 1 cup of meat mixture on the bottom. Cover with tortilla, sprinkle with 1/3 cup cheese. Repeat until ingredients are gone.
Coover and cook on low for 4-5 hours.
Serve with shredded lettuse, salsa and sour cream if desired
