Ingredients

    Chicken:
    1 lb boneless chicken, cut into cubes
    2 tbsp. Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce (or Dale's Reduced Sodium)
    1 tsp. Paprika
    1 tsp. Mrs. Dash Garlic and Herb
    1/4 cup onion
    1/4 cup carrot

    Rice:
    1 cup uncooked brown rice
    2 cups water
    3 tbsp. sodium-free beef bouillon
    1 tbsp. Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce

    Stir Fry:
    1 Eggland Best Egg
    1/2 cup green peas

Directions

Cook rice until done (45-50 mins for brown rice)
Brown chicken with sauce, paprika, onion, and carrots while the rice is cooking
Rinse peas under warm water
Stir fry chicken and rice with remaining ingredients

Add additional soy sauce to taste (not included in nutritional information).
