    Olive Oil, 2 tsp
    Bulgar, 1 cup-dry
    Stewed Tomatoes, 14 oz. can
    Tomato sauce .25c.
    Water, , 1 cup
    Green Olives, 0.25 c.-chopped
    Celery, raw, 0.5 cup, diced
    Scallions, 0.25 cup, chopped


Saute bulgar for a couple of minutes. Add tomatoes and water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover, and cook for about 20 minutes til water evaporates. Add celery , olives and scallions and cook for a couple of minutes longer. Add salt and pepper to taste.
