Introduction

You can substitute what ever veggies you have and use chicken or beef instead of shrimp. Use less hot chili oil and more sesame oil if you do not like it spicy. Ingredients

    4 tsp Dynasty Hot Chili OIl (by LEVAKE)
    1 tbsp Sesame Oil
    4 clove Garlic
    1 bunch Broccoli, fresh
    1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh
    .5 cup, sliced Onions, raw
    1 cup Zuccini Squash
    1 cup, strips or slices Carrots, raw
    3 oz Shrimp, cooked
    1 serving Sugar Snap Peas, Raw ` edible-podded, raw [Snowpeas, Sugar snap peas] 10 pea pods 34g
    .5 tbsp Ginger, ground
    1 tbsp Soy Sauce
    4 serving Kikkoman Original Teryaki Sauce
    1 serving Brown rice (1 cup cooked)

Directions

Heat oil in a frying pan at medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds then add all of the veggies except pea pods and cook until the veggies are still crisp, but hot all through. Add sauces, ginger, rice and shrimp and stir fry until the rice and shrimp are heated through.
